Family Child Care License
In order for me to provide child care, I have met all the requirements according to the State of Minnesota Rules 9502.0315 to 9502.0445 for Family Child Care and MN Statutes Chapter 245A.
I am licensed to care for the following children:
Up to 8 Preschool Age and Under Up to 10 School Age and Over (Kindergarten-10 years)
